Taylor Marshall is a licensed Tattoo Artist and Piercer as well as a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist. Taylor not only provides these services, but she teaches them as well! She currently offers a 2-Day Beginner Piercing Course as well as a 3-Day Beginner Fine Line Tattoo course. Taylor specializes in fine line and handwriting tattoos, but her artistic abilities stretch much further than just that. 

Taylor is originally from Enumclaw, Washington but has lived in Scottsdale, Arizona for the past 5 years. She splits her time between NW Beauty Collective and her salon It’s A Vibe Aesthetics that she owns down in Scottsdale Arizona.
